You may have noticed that we’re not really a typical “mattress store.” We do indeed sell mattresses (and a whole bunch of other amazing sleep products), but take one step inside our store, and you’ll feel the difference. For us, the experience is why we went into business. It encompasses everything from how it looks, smells, sounds, and feels when you walk in, to the type of educational and personable interaction you will have with us, to the world-class, hand-selected, carefully-curated luxurious bed and bedding products.

Sure, you could walk into a box or department store with wall-to-wall beds, loud, gimmicky POP, and of course, hovering salespeople waiting to swoop down and pressure you into buying run-of-the-mill stuff. There are lots of places you could go, if that is your thing.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Scott Hollis, of The Bed Room Park City, is a 27-year veteran of the mattress and bedding industry. Committed to sourcing the highest-quality, bespoke mattresses and sleep products from across the globe, Scott and his team of experts have spent years helping clients transform their lives through sleep.As an athlete growing up, Scott understood the importance of rest. Playing soccer and training daily is exhausting, so adequate sleep is essential.

During college, Scott and some of his teammates worked for a local mattress store during the offseason. After college, Scott continued to play and coach soccer until the day he discovered the mattress industry through a close friend.Starting in retail as a store manager and then becoming an owner provided him with the knowledge to improve customer sleep quality.

The next challenge was transitioning to the wholesale side of the industry, where he could share the knowledge gained from retail with other retailers. In 2015, Scott made a significant leap in product quality by joining a UK-based company to represent Vispring Luxury Beds of London and Harrison Spinks in the US. Both are handmade, natural material, two-sided mattresses that transcend the US market. Offering these products remains a significant aspect of The Bed Room's story, bringing the best to the customer.

Now, 27 years later, after numerous trials and errors, Scott has carefully selected the best mattress brands from around the world to offer customers only the highest quality. The Bed Room Park City no longer offers everyday items; it exclusively offers the best of the best. From the UK to the US, Italy to Portugal, The Bed Room Park City brings the finest luxury mattresses, linens, bath towels, and gift items available.What sets our approach to sleep apart is the high-touch service provided by a team of curators grounded in the latest scientific knowledge. They offer hands-on attention, guiding each client through a personalized consultation focused on the feel and performance of each product in our carefully selected collection.

Now with Scott and his entire Family, The Bedroom continues to offer the family proper sleep for all the kids which are similar to Scott and Tammy, a former Nationally ranked Slalom water skier competitor, excellent athletes. McKenzie played Water Polo thru college and is now on the Olympic lifting team at Cal State Fullerton, Michael a high school junior is an outstanding Baseball player and looking to go to college on a baseball scholarship and Eva the youngest a great Softball player that is only in 5th grade.

All being athletes and all needing their sleep so the Bed Room brings that home to them! With Vispring, Harrison Spinks, and Aireloom all in the home we absolutely practice what we preach!
