Shipping policy

It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from The Bed Room. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds on any items purchased at The Bed Room. However, we do offer in-store credit on many (not all) item returns, provided that the following conditions are met.

1. You may return items purchased off-the-shelf (gift shop items, sheets, linens, pillows, blankets, throws, bath linens, etc.) for in-store credit as long as:

   • The item is unused and unopened from its original packaging.

   • The item is returned no later than 3 business days after the day of purchase.

2. All special ordered items—items we order from our vendors specially for your purchase (including drop-ship orders)—are final sales, and no returns are allowed.

3. All clearance, liquidation, or floor-model sales are final sales, and no returns are allowed.
